Who processes your data
The data controller is DEMIIN, Auto-entrepreneur (entreprise individuelle), whose registered office is at Hotel Oasis, Bd Mohammed V, Ville Nouvelle, 80000 Agadir, Maroc. For any question about your data: demiin67@gmail.com.

What we do not collect
Your bank details. They are entered on the secure server of the banking institution and never pass through our systems. We do not see them, do not store them, and could not return them to you.
We collect no sensitive data: origin, opinions, religious beliefs, health, sex life.
On what basis
Performance of the contract for the data needed for your order and its delivery.
Your consent for the newsletter and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw it at any time.
A legal obligation for keeping accounting records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell and do not rent your data. It is passed on only to:
- our carrier — your name, address and telephone, for delivery purposes only
- our payment provider, to process the transaction
- our host, which stores the site data
- the authorities, upon a proper judicial request
Some of these providers may be established outside Morocco. Where that is the case, the transfer is governed in accordance with Law 09-08.

Law 09-08 guarantees you the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to object to its processing on legitimate grounds, and to request its deletion.
Write to us at the address above, enclosing proof of identity. We reply within 30 days.
If our reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP), the competent Moroccan authority for personal data protection.
Security
The site is protected by an encryption certificate. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it in order to process your order.
Minors
Our products are not aimed at minors. Any order must be placed by an adult or by their legal representative.
