Delivery

Every order leaves from Agadir. Here are the times, the costs, and how your pieces travel.

Preparation

We prepare your order within 24 to 48 working hours. Each piece is wrapped individually: a fabric pouch for jewellery, tissue paper and packing for antique objects and minerals.

One-of-a-kind pieces are removed from the catalogue as soon as the order is confirmed. So a piece is never out of stock after you have bought it.

Within Morocco

DestinationTimeCost
Agadir and surroundings24 – 48 h30 DH
Major cities48 – 72 h30 DH
Other towns and rural areas3 – 5 days35 DH

Free delivery on orders over 500 DH, anywhere in Morocco.

International

Shipments outside Morocco go by express courier with tracking. The cost depends on the actual or volumetric weight and on the destination zone; it is calculated in the basket before you confirm.

ZoneIndicative timeFrom
Europe5 – 10 working days260 DH
North America7 – 14 working days300 DH
Gulf and Africa7 – 14 working days310 DH
Asia and Oceania10 – 21 working days360 DH

These amounts correspond to a 500 g parcel — a piece of jewellery, a small stone. A heavy object, a piece of metalware or a large mineral costs considerably more.

Customs duties. For shipments outside Morocco, any duties and taxes are payable by the recipient and set by their country. We have no way of knowing them or of paying them in advance, and they are never included in our prices.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched you receive an email with the tracking number. You can also find it at any time in your account, on the line for that order.

On delivery

Check the condition of the parcel in front of the courier. If the packaging is damaged, have it noted on the delivery note before signing and tell us within 48 hours, with photographs. Without a written reservation at the moment of handover, a claim against the carrier becomes very difficult.

These rates come from your own carrier price lists: TAWSSIL for domestic (30 and 35 DH) and Chronopost / Amana for international. Note that the Chronopost list dates from October 2018 and only applies above 5,000 DH of monthly turnover — I rounded up to stay on the safe side. Ask them for an up-to-date list, and tell me which of the two you actually use today.
