About the pieces
Why is there only one of each piece of jewellery?
Because we buy piece by piece from craftsmen and dealers, not by the batch from a factory. When a piece is sold, it is sold for good — we do not reissue it.
Is your jewellery really silver?
Yes, hallmarked 925 silver. The hallmark is struck on the piece. See our page on 925 silver.
Do you provide a certificate for the stones?
No. Our stones are semi-precious and ornamental, not fine-jewellery gems: the cost of certification would often exceed the value of the piece. We describe what we know and say what we do not.
Are your meteorites authenticated?
They are not classified: no laboratory analysis, no official registration. We sell them as Saharan collection specimens, and we say so on every product page.
Can you date an antique precisely?
No. Our dates are indicative, based on form and technique. A formal attribution requires an expert.
Why do some photographs have a blue background?
Those are pewter pieces photographed on the workshop cloth. The metal reflects the fabric, and cutting the object out would damage its outline. We prefer an honest photograph to a retouched one that clips the piece.

Can I reserve a piece?
Write to us. A one-of-a-kind piece can be set aside for a few days.
Can I see more photographs?
Yes, just ask, giving the reference of the piece.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes. See our delivery page.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Morocco, in cash to the courier.
After it arrives
My silver has darkened, is that normal?
Entirely — it is the copper in the alloy reacting with the air, and it is reversible. See our care page.
My ring does not fit, what should I do?
Contact us within 14 days. See returns and exchanges.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every piece arrives in its own pouch. Mention it in the comment field if it is a gift: we remove the price and add a note.
