Payment

How to pay for your order, and what we do — or rather do not do — with your bank details.

Methods accepted

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed over. Available anywhere in Morocco.

Bank card. Moroccan and international cards, through a secure payment platform. The payment takes place on the bank server.

Bank transfer. On request, in particular for large orders. We send you our account details and ship once the funds arrive.

We never see your card number. It is entered directly on the bank secure page, encrypted, and does not pass through our servers. Nobody at DEMIIN has access to it, during or after the transaction.

Prices and currency

All our prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (DH), all taxes included. They do not include delivery, which is calculated in the basket.

For an order outside Morocco, your bank will apply its own exchange rate and any fees of its own. These are not within our control.

Security

The site is protected by an encryption certificate: the data exchanged between your browser and the site is unreadable by a third party. Look for the padlock in the address bar.

Invoice

An invoice is included with every order and remains available in your account. For an invoice in a company name, give the registered name and the ICE number in the comment field when ordering.

Promotional codes

One code per order. Codes cannot be combined and do not apply to delivery costs.
