Flower ring with marcasites and coloured stones

A rosette of marcasites from which petals of green and purple stones emerge. The work is dense, in the taste of nineteen-thirties jewellery.

Our rings come from the silversmiths' workshops of southern Morocco and the souks of Tiznit, historic capital of Berber jewellery, an hour and a half from Agadir. They are assembled by hand: the setting is shaped, each stone set one by one, the decoration engraved or chased with a graver.
